Fast Insured Private Delivery
At Citadel Gold, we uphold our promise that all of your precious metals bullion orders will be delivered within a 28-day time frame from the time your metals are purchased (with the exception of numismatic rarities) and that all orders are 100% fully insured by Lloyd’s of London. Your order status or the contents of your orders will never be shared with anyone outside of Citadel Gold without your explicit approval.
Buyback Commitment
We encourage our clients to contact us first if they wish to sell their metals. While we cannot guarantee that we will repurchase metals, we never charge additional liquidation fees. Our clients enjoy a quick and simple three-step liquidation process: just call us to start, arrange shipment, and receive payment via bank wire or check.
Total Transparency
As a Citadel Gold client, you deserve complete transparency. All fees are included on our website in our shipping and transaction agreement. Upon purchasing metals, all clients receive a purchase invoice showing an itemized list of products purchased, the price paid, and the spot price of the metal at the time of purchase.
